Spot clean or hand wash to help your new collar last longer. While your new collar may be too stylish to take off, we recommend removing it from rough play dates, or muddy adventures to avoid excess dirt or staining.
Our goal is to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible. All orders have a processing time of 24 hours, and delivery is between 2 – 7 working days. You will receive an email confirming the dispatch of your order once it has been sent along with your tracking number. Currently ships within AUSTRALIA ONLY at $10. We do offer hand-delivery to areas within City of Melville at $5.

For a full refund, you need to contact us and return the item to us within 14 days of receiving it and will only apply to manufacturing issues.
Any returned item must be in perfect condition, with no damage to the item or the packaging. We understand that you may have removed the hang tag to try on, please just return with the item.
